I finally did it! After three and a half years of being a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator, I finally did it! I used Hunter Green cardstock and Classic Stampin’ Pad! After 3 1/2 years, the only Hunter Green cardstock used was one sheet where I punched a couple of tags and a circle for some colour swatches, and the ink pad I used once for a colour chart. Look at that brand new, nice ‘n’ clean ink pad there! Anyway, I seriously decided last week that now was the time! Here’s one of the cards we made at my Christmas Stamp-a-Stack, usingĀ A Wish for Peace stamp set.
You can’t see it too clearly, but there’s glitter on the tree. Not that I use a lot of glitter, as no matter how hard you try not to make a mess, it somehow manages to get on your face, in your hair, on the dog……. Oh, and I used copper metallic cardstock in the layering. I tend to use silver and gold from the pack more, and had heaps of copper, so decided to use that up. The red striped grosgrain ribbon sets it off.
